As LeakGallery has clearly mentioned on its website that if a video has already been uploaded, any person who uploads the same video again will have it declined by the moderation team. However, I am currently seeing a large number of duplicate videos being uploaded repeatedly, and your moderation team is still approving them. What is even more concerning is that some of these duplicate videos are also appearing in the Trending section. I took the time to check the videos currently being approved, and I found that many of them had already been uploaded approximately one month earlier. The exact same videos are then being uploaded again this month, approved again, and the users are earning from them. This is extremely unfair to creators who spend their time creating and uploading new content. When a creator uploads a new video, it gets declined, while the exact same content uploaded again by someone else is approved and, in some cases, even promoted to Trending. This raises a serious question about how your moderation system is being applied. If this is not being done intentionally by your team, then how are the exact same videos being uploaded 10–20 times and still getting approved? I have been observing this issue for many days, and I have repeatedly noticed old videos being uploaded again every month with exactly the same content. I request your team to properly review this issue and explain how these duplicate uploads are being approved despite your own stated moderation policy. Small creators should not be disadvantaged while duplicate content is repeatedly approved and allowed to earn.

We are already aware of this issue. We are currently rejecting a large number of duplicate media, as unfortunately, a significant portion of the uploads we receive are duplicates. Despite this, some duplicate content still manages to get through our moderation process. We apologize for this, and we are doing our best to improve our moderation system and prevent this from happening. We completely understand that this is unfair to creators who take the time to upload new content, and we are working to address the issue as much as possible.
