Creator Program Terms

These terms govern the Leak Gallery Creator Program, which pays uploaders for the views their uploads generate. By adding a payout address you accept them. They are published in English only, so that a single wording applies to everyone.
1. Who can take part
Any registered account can take part. There is no minimum audience, no application and no waiting list. You join the program the moment you save a payout address on your earnings page, and you leave it whenever you remove it.
One person may hold one account in the program. Running several accounts to multiply bonuses or to bypass a weekly ceiling is treated as fraud under section 5.
2. How earnings are calculated
Earnings are based on the views your approved uploads receive. Uploads awaiting review earn nothing while they wait; once approved, they earn from that point on. Uploads that are refused never earn.
Every Monday we total the views each of your uploads received over the previous seven days and convert them at the rate published on the program page. The rate is announced per period and may change from one period to the next; a change never applies to a week that has already closed.
A weekly ceiling applies per upload. Your status may raise that ceiling, and we may lift it by hand on an exceptional upload. The three best uploads of the week receive a fixed bonus, limited to one per person, so that a single account cannot take the whole podium.
The figures shown on your earnings page during the current week are an estimate. They are updated live, do not apply the per-upload ceiling, and include uploads still under review. Only the amount locked on Monday is due.
3. Payments
Balances build up week after week. Once your balance passes the published minimum, it is paid out in USDT to the address you provided, on the network you selected, once a month. Balances below the minimum stay on your account and roll over.
You are responsible for the address you enter. We send to the address as saved; a transfer sent to a wrong or incompatible address cannot be recovered or reissued. Check the network before saving.
Network fees are borne by us. Any tax owed on what you receive is yours to declare and pay, according to the rules that apply where you live.
4. What you must guarantee about your uploads
By uploading you confirm that you hold the rights to the content or are authorised to share it, that every person depicted was at least 18 years old, and that they consented to its distribution. This is the same commitment you accept when uploading, and taking part in the program does not change it.
Content that infringes someone's rights, or that is removed following a takedown notice, earns nothing. Amounts already paid on such content may be deducted from later balances.
5. What removes you from the program
Any of the following ends participation and cancels the balance due:
- artificially inflating views, by any means, including automated traffic, paid traffic, exchange schemes or scripts;
- running several accounts to multiply bonuses or bypass a ceiling;
- uploading content you have no right to share, or content involving minors;
- uploading content already present on the site in order to collect its views again.
Payments are reviewed by a human before they are sent. We may withhold a payment while a review is under way, and we may refuse one when a balance was built in breach of these terms. Where the breach is clear, that decision is final.
6. Changes to the program
We may change the rate, the ceilings, the bonus, the status thresholds or the minimum payout, and we may end the program. Any such change applies from the following week onwards. A week that has already closed is never recalculated, and a balance already earned remains payable.
7. Nature of the relationship
Taking part in the program does not create an employment relationship, a partnership or an exclusivity commitment. You remain free to post the same content anywhere else.
