In the meantime, try the following:
- Let the video buffer for a few seconds before playing it.
- Refresh the page.
- Try a different network, such as Wi-Fi instead of mobile data, or vice versa.
If a specific video never plays, use the Report button below the media and select "The video won't play." This helps us identify defective files.
