Hi, my earnings have dropped drastically even though the views are still there. I don't understand why; I think I've done everything right so far. Is it a bug?

It happen to my friends account 30 mins ago. then right after complaining on the issue they banned my friends account

I think they have a problem on their system
After complaing on the issue they i now not able to log in on my pc. Tsk
