Question 2

How can I change my email address?

Accepted Answer

From your account settings.

For security reasons, changing your email address requires your password, or a code from your authenticator app if two-factor authentication is enabled.

A notification email will be sent to your old email address, and your sessions on other devices will be signed out. The number of email address changes is limited over a given period.

Question 3

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Accepted Answer

Use the Forgot Password page to request a password reset link, which will be sent to your email address.

If you signed up using Google or Telegram, you don't have a password. Simply sign in using the same button you used when registering. Once logged in, you can set a password from your account settings if you wish.

Question 4

What is two-factor authentication and how can I enable it?

Accepted Answer

Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds an extra security step to your account by requiring a code generated by an authenticator app on your phone, in addition to your password. You can use apps such as Google Authenticator or Authy.

To enable it, go to your account settings, scan the QR code with your authenticator app, and follow the instructions. You will then receive backup codes. Keep them somewhere safe, as they can be used to access your account if you lose access to your phone or authenticator app.

For security reasons, you must have logged in within the last 15 minutes to enable two-factor authentication.

Question 5

I've lost access to my authenticator app. What should I do?

Accepted Answer

Sign in using one of your backup codes, which you received when enabling two-factor authentication. Each backup code can only be used once.

If you no longer have access to your backup codes, contact us using the email address associated with your account so we can verify your identity.
