Question 1

What is Premium ?

Accepted Answer

Premium is a paid subscription available for periods ranging from 1 day to 1 year. It removes all advertisements and unlocks downloads, notifications, favorites, viewing history, and advanced search features.

You can find a detailed explanation of each benefit in our next FAQ entry and view all available prices on the Premium page.

Question 2

What are the benefits of Premium ?

Accepted Answer

Premium enhances your browsing experience across the entire website with the following benefits:

- Ad-free browsing: No more full-screen ads, pop-ups, floating video ads, or pre-roll video ads on any page.
- Daily notifications: Receive one notification per day featuring new media from all the creators you follow, including push notifications on your phone.
- Notification center: Access your complete notification history through the bell icon in the website header.
- Favorites: Save any media to easily find it again later in one place.
- Viewing history: Browse your entire viewing history and pick up where you left off.
- Advanced search: Filter by creator, date, media type, AI-generated content, likes, and views, with sorting options.
- Animated golden profile ring: A distinctive animated gold ring around your profile picture wherever you appear, including comments, the forum, and your profile.
- Founder badge: Awarded for life to all members who have Premium before 2027.

All Premium benefits become available as soon as your payment is confirmed and work across all your devices.

You can find the available plans and prices on the Premium page.

Question 3

3. How much does Premium cost ?

Accepted Answer

Five subscription durations are available:

- 1 day: $1.99
- 7 days: $10.99
- 30 days: $19.99
- 90 days: $39.99
- 1 year: $99.99

The prices in euros use the same numerical amounts. Longer plans offer a lower monthly equivalent cost.

We also offer an automatically renewing monthly subscription through Telegram for $15.99 per month, which you can cancel at any time.

Visit the Premium page to view the available plans.

Question 4

Which payment methods do you accept ?

Accepted Answer

We support the following payment methods:

- Cryptocurrencies: BTC, LTC, and USDT on ERC-20, TRC-20, or Polygon. Select your preferred cryptocurrency on the checkout page.
- Telegram Stars: Pay by card in one tap through the Telegram app. A free Telegram account is sufficient.
- Cash App: Available only to residents of the United States.
- PayPal: Available only within the European Union, for payments of at least €10.

Available payment methods depend on your country and the subscription plan selected. The 1-day Premium pass can only be purchased using Telegram Stars.

Question 5

How long does it take for Premium to be activated ?

Accepted Answer

Premium activation is automatic once your payment is confirmed.

- Cryptocurrency: Activation occurs once the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain. This can take anywhere from a few seconds to several dozen minutes, depending on the network and transaction fees.
- Cash App or PayPal: Allow up to 10 minutes.
- Telegram Stars: Activation is immediate.

Keep the payment page open until your payment is confirmed, and do not pay a second time if activation is delayed.

Question 6

I paid, but my account is not Premium. What should I do ?

Accepted Answer

Wait approximately 10 minutes, then refresh the Premium page.

If your Premium status has still not been activated, contact us through the Contact page and provide the following information:

- Your username.
- The payment method used.
- The time of payment.
- Your order ID or transaction ID, if available.

Our team will investigate the issue and manually credit your account if necessary.

Question 7

I accidentally initiated two payments. Will I be charged twice ?

Accepted Answer

If you initiate another payment within 30 minutes of your first order using the same payment method, you will be redirected to your existing order instead of creating a new one.

If you nevertheless complete two payments, both subscription periods will be credited to your account and added together.

Confirmed payments are non-refundable.

Question 8

My bank statement or Cash App shows a different name instead of LeakGallery. Is this normal?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Payments made through Cash App and PayPal are processed by a payment provider, so the provider's name may appear on your statement instead of LeakGallery.

This is normal. You can verify the transaction by checking that the amount and payment time match your order.

Question 9

How does the monthly Telegram subscription work ?

Accepted Answer

The subscription automatically renews every 30 days and is charged in Telegram Stars. Each successful payment extends your Premium membership.

You can cancel at any time through Telegram by going to Settings → My Stars → Subscriptions and selecting the relevant subscription.

Cancellation stops future payments. Any Premium time you have already paid for remains active until the end of the current subscription period.

Question 10

Can I extend my Premium subscription before it expires ?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Any additional Premium time you purchase is added to your remaining subscription period.

For example, if you have 10 days of Premium remaining and purchase another 30 days, your membership will remain active for 40 days.

You can use the Extend / Renew button on the Premium page to purchase additional time and check your current expiration date.

Question 11

What happens when my Premium subscription expires ?

Accepted Answer

Your account will remain intact, but your Premium benefits will be disabled. Advertisements will reappear, and notifications, and the animated golden profile ring will no longer be available.

No further payments will be taken without your authorization, unless you have subscribed to the automatically renewing monthly plan through Telegram.

You can purchase another Premium plan at any time to restore all Premium benefits.

Question 12

What is the Founder badge?

Accepted Answer

All members who have Premium before 2027 receive the Founder badge, which is displayed on their profile.

The badge is yours for life, even after your Premium subscription expires. It will no longer be awarded to new members after this date.

Question 13

Does Premium work across all my devices ?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Premium is linked to your account, not to a specific device.

Simply sign in to the same account on your phone, tablet, and computer to enjoy your Premium benefits across all your devices.

Question 14

Can I get a refund for my Premium purchase ?

Accepted Answer

Confirmed Premium payments are non-refundable. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible by nature, and our payment providers for Cash App and PayPal do not process refunds.

If you have been charged twice or experience a technical issue, please contact us through the Contact page. We will investigate the issue and credit any missing Premium time to your account if necessary.

Question 15

Why is the card payment option not available ?

Accepted Answer

LeakGallery does not accept direct credit or debit card payments.

Card payments are available through the following services:

- Telegram Stars: Through the Telegram app.
- Cash App: For residents of the United States.
- PayPal: Within the European Union.

If none of these options is available in your country, cryptocurrency payments remain available for all plans lasting 7 days or longer.
